Synod transportation is $175/person

We encourage synod bussing due to the fun atmosphere and bonding that happens between different church groups, but it is not mandatory.

Since we contract charter bus companies to drive in advance, bus payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to cover registration costs.

The busses will leave for Tennessee Friday, June 18 in the evening.  Times vary depending on your pick-up point.  And the buses usually leave Tennessee Friday, June 25 at midnight. 

If you decide to take your own transportation that it fine.   You have the option to sleep Friday night and leave Saturday morning.   

In the event that buses do not fill to capacity, the Synod reserves the right to cancel this service and a full refund will be granted.
