ADULT: STUDENT RATIO

Adult to student ratio is 1:7 per gender

For all adults only, we will have coffee (and usually some pastries too) available in the gym before breakfast.  We want to take care of you, allow you to wake up and have some “down time” if needed!

STUDENT SUBSTITUTIONS

If one student cancels and you would like another student to take their spot that is great!! 

PLEASE take into consideration there are a few date limitations that apply to substituting one student for another:

After March 18, 2010 NO substitutions will be allowed. 
If a student cancels after March 18, that spot will not be replaced. 

Once housing has been set, substitutions need to be gender for gender (males replace males and females replace females)

Please know we are not doing this to make you upset! Due to office preparations, medical emergency details, and our sanity we have set this in place.  If we could take students in up to the last minute we would but as of now it is not a wise decision for us.
