Registration Opens: February 1, 2011

Registration Closes: April 15, 2011

Registration is based on a first come, first serve basis for Synod of the Heartland churches (with a limited number of spots for churches outside the Synod of the Heartland), until capacity is reached at the YMCA Camp, Estes Park, CO. Once the
deadline date is reached and assuming there is still availability, unfilled spots will be open to out-of-synod churches on the waiting list. To be on the waiting list, all registrations need to be filled out and at the Synod Office with payment.

LATE REGISTRANTS
If an individual decides to register for Rocky Mountain High after their group’s registrations have been sent in, the RMH Leadership CANNOT guarantee availability at the YMCA Camp. Even if there is room at the YMCA Camp, there is no guarantee that the individual will be housed with the rest of the group.

SUBSTITUTIONS
Substitutions (that means taking the place of somebody who is already registered) can be made on or before May 31, 2011.

After May 31, 2011 substitutions can ONLY be like gender (male for male; female for female).

ABSOLUTALLY NO SUBSTITUTIONS will be accepted after June 20, 2011 due to the sanity of Synod office personnel!
