All adult and student participants must sign and agree to abide by the following guidelines during Rocky Mountain High 2011.
The RMH Leadership reserves the right to send participants home if I am found using alcohol, tobacco, or drugs during the event.
If participants are under the age of 18, they cannot smoke nor encourage or aggravate anyone else to smoke. (Colorado Law prohibits smoking under the age of 18)
Participants will be given a name tag and are expected to wear it at all times as a form of identification for the event.
Once participants arrive at the YMCA Camp, they are not allowed to leave the grounds unless taking part in an organized recreation activity. As an adult leader, understand if you need to leave the grounds for personal or recreational activity, you will obtain permission from the RMH Leadership before doing so.
Males and females will be housed in separate rooms, and are not allowed in the rooms of the opposite gender, except for organized youth group time with adult leaders present.
Participants may be roomed with people from another youth group; understand this may need to happen in order to best accommodate as many participants so more individuals have the RMH experience.
Participants are expected to attend all main sessions, seminars, and other assigned activities.
To be treated with respect, participants must respect others and show consideration to their belongings.
Participants are responsible for any damages, whether accidental or purposeful, in assigned rooms or around the YMCA Camp.
Participants need to be flexible and willing to work with other youth groups, adult leaders, and the RMH Leadership, and agree to adhere to all Rocky Mountain High regulations as they are made known to before and during the event.
