When can I tell my students/adult leaders to start registering online?
As soon as you create an account! It could be today if you have gone through the proper steps!
If I create an account for my group and enable an event do we have to go?
Just because you create an account and have people who have filled out their online registrations does
not mean you are locked in to attending any event. You have to have actually “submit” your group and
send a check before your group will be considered registered.
When can I submit my group?
Check to see when the opening registration date is (eg. HIS Work Camp: February 1).
You have the ability to submit your group until closing the closing date (eg. MSR: March 8). Once the
closing date had passed groups will no longer be accepted.
How do I see what my Total Cost is without submitting my group for registrations?
1. Above the list of participant names will be a link called: Generate Group Registration Document
2. Click the link. This will give you an updated view of your total numbers and projected costs.
What happens if a students cancels after they have registered online.
1. In your Account click on “VIEW SUBMITTED REGISTRATIONS”
2. You will see all the participants who have registered.
3. On the right hand side of the screen click the button called “EDIT”

5. Click the “UPDATE” button and your numbers & cost will update to the adjustment you made.
6. To reverse a cancellation (can come again) go back and re-check the box! Click “UPDATE”.
If I already submitted my group and another student wants to sign up what do I do?

2. Sign-In to your Account and click “VIEW SUBMITTED REGISTRATIONS”
3. Find participants name who recently signed up. Click on their first name.
