All adult and student participants must read through and agree to abide by the following guidelines during Rocky Mountain High 2008. After reading through the guidelines, all participants must sign the Participant Agreement on the back side of the registration form, agreeing to follow the guidelines as listed below.

  • I understand that the RMH Leadership reserves the right to send me home if I am found using alcohol, tobacco, or drugs during the event.
  • I understand that if I am under the age of 18, I will not smoke nor encourage or aggravate anyone else to smoke. (Colorado Law prohibits smoking under the age of 18)
  • I understand that I will be given a name tag and am expected to wear it at all times as a form of identification for the event.
  • I understand that once I arrive at the YMCA Camp, I am not allowed to leave the grounds unless taking part in an organized recreation activity or my group is housed off-campus. As an adult leader, I understand if I need to leave the grounds for personal or recreational activity, I will obtain permission from the RMH Leadership before doing so.
  • I understand that males and females will be housed in separate rooms, and I am not allowed in the rooms of the opposite gender, except for organized youth group time with adult leaders present.
  • I understand that I may be roomed with people from another youth group; I understand this needs to happen in order to best accommodate as many participants so more individuals can have the RMH experience.
  • I understand that I am expected to attend all main sessions, seminars, and other assigned activities.
  • I understand that in order to be treated with respect, that I must respect others and show consideration to their belongings.
  • I understand that I am responsible for any damages, whether accidental or purposeful, in my assigned room or around the YMCA Camp.
  • I understand that I may need to be flexible and willing to work with other youth groups, adult leaders, and the RMH Leadership, and I agree to adhere to all Rocky Mountain High regulations as they are made known to me before and during the event.
